First they need to balance PvE. Then take every class in PvE gear and test them in PvP and see how everyone does. I hope they will do a PvP beta test that will let players test out PvP.

they probably wont has they as they care very little about PvP

look at all the blatant cheaters that were in the cata ladder that got titles and mounts despite being reported a lot
