Experience isn’t proof of anything. Your experience is people don’t talk in YOUR groups. My experience is that people talk in every group I’m in. Since your issue is not universal, you may want to consider reflecting on why YOUR groups go the way they do.
No one is saying you can, but people are more likely to talk to some people over other people. I’m tasking you to figure that out for yourself.
And you still have zero proof of this. Repeating it until your blue in the face, which seems to be your only debate tactic at all, is completely unconvincing. This is why RDF has stayed out. You aren’t convincing anyone here.
It’s a good thing I never said either. You really should learn to read better. What I can say is that my groups talk, yours don’t. That is cause for reflection on why mine talk and yours don’t.
People are anti-RDF because they know where the game went after RDF was implemented back in original Wotlk.
Us OG folks used to want RDF…until it was implemented….which is why many of us are not in favor of it.
Catering to casuals killed WoW, hence why Nostalrius was created. Nost amassed a lot of players and stole players from retail. Blizzard shut that down and told people they only “think” they want classic “but they don’t”. Classic released in 2019 and had more players than retail. We wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for the original game dying as we’d all just be playing retail. But instead you’re here playing classic…not retail.
Trust us. You don’t want RDF. Unless you want to quit the game, then yes RDF will make it easier for you to do that.
It’d be very difficult to get an accurate community response as to what percentage are pro-finder vs anti-finder. Keep that in mind whenever someone claims they’re in the majority, because they’re likely just pushing their personal agenda.
That could be the trend, of course. It might not be the case, either. We’re unfortunately stuck just assuming things until someone undertakes the whole nightmarish task of getting accurate data, and I really doubt that’s going to happen because it would need to be pushed by blizzard in the form of a once per account pop up when you log in asking for a response. Similar to the code of conduct thing.
I have a Classic Community that does not have RDF, we play on Whitemane Classic Era server.

They arent my groups, they are groups I happen to be in. Im not holding a gun to peoples heads saying “dont talk this is a dungeon!” they just choose not to unless it pertains to the dungeon.
You are implying it in that its something wrong with me as to why people dont want to talk.
Lets see, we dont have wipes, no one needs to be explained anything, no one is wondering why such and such is doing more damage since we were all relatively the same dps. Its almost like people came together to do the dungeon and when it finished they parted ways.

No its not cause for reflection, which with that word it means I should look inward and that the issue is with me. If others arent talking, time and time again, its evidence that people are there to do the dungeon.
That has nothing to do with the fact that RDF wasnt in at launch in wrath like its some win for classic, which they arent different games.
How would being able to queue on any server into any group be worse? it would encourage people to transfer off mega servers to smaller servers making the queues go down. You have no basis for anything you claim. Good Cope bro
