Not knowing basic math is why the Devs ignore the pro-RDF crowd.
Addons are supposed to HELP the Community, not promote Hate Features such as RDF.

RDF goes DIRECTLY against the wishes of the Devs AND the Community, it is absolutely a Hate Feature.
The /spit Addon will easily be removed if given enough attention.
You realize the ABSENCE of RDF is a hate feature, right?
RDF prevents people from gatekeeping groups, which, can STILL be done by advertising outside of RDF.
RDF prevents griefing by people who leave mid-dungeon, or take immense amounts of time traveling to the dungeon at a snails pace, only to have to either be held hostage by them or replace them (and thus lose more time)
RDF DOES NOT stop guilds from partying together, which is the main reason I see cited for leaving RDF out (to force larger guilds). However, the inverse is not true, you can still be stranded without a group even in big guilds, and even amongst friends.
RDF should not exist for Heroic+ coming in P2, but it SHOULD exist for regular normals/heroics, there is 0 reason not to except for a bunch of loud/vocal trolls that want to gatekeep the game.

Retail has RDF and people STILL gatekeep.
All RDF does is create a LAZY generation of entitled alt-tab gamers who do NOT care about the Community nor do they care about Social Interactions.
RDF is a RETAIL Wrath feature NOT a CLASSIC Wrath feature.
A MAJORITY of the Community is anti-RDF and the Devs as well, you will NOT convince ANYONE here to switch sides as WE want a Hardcore Classic MMO Experience and RDF is NOT something that creates that.

Your argument that people want to actually go back in time from a tech/feature perspective is purely asinine. People want to go through the CONTENT again while it is relevant and not just steamroll for tmog (or to see it/experience it for the first time). People aren’t firing up their old CRT monitors and old computers for a ‘true experience’ so seriously stop spouting the nonsense you’re spouting.

When you log in you see LFG, NOT RDF.
They not only REMOVED ALL the RDF related Achievements but the Devs have MULTIPLE times said that RDF is NOT coming back
The ONLY person who needs to go back to Private Servers is YOU.

It is not realistic. in Retail LFG chat is dead and filled with RMT boost ads.
Our LFG system is what separates us from Retail.
LFG should be the ONLY method to find groups, it worked for us for 4 years and it will continue to work for another 4.

Classic LFG channels are also filled with the exact same thing, so clearly, RDF isn’t the problem.
What separates Wrath from Retail is good class design, simple systems (not bloated borrowed power and adjacent systems), and fantastic content that slaps the whole way through.
RDF didn’t kill wow, bad xpac/class design in Cata did. MoP brought back some life, but then it took a nosedive in WoD.
I’ve been a competitive raider for almost 20 years, I have played during both the highs and lows, and not ONCE did I EVER see ANYONE ever point a finger at RDF as why the game failed. Instead, people point the finger at actual causes:
- 4x difficulties of raiding
- extreme power creep (exacerbated by the above point)
- removal of talent trees
- homogenization of classes/specs
- removal of class fantasy
- bloated and endless systems on systems on systems (for the sake of it)

So how does that work where you say avoiding RDF is too hard so the whole thing needs to be scrapped, but when we say trying to find group members through chat takes too long, that’s not a valid reason to bring back RDF?
