Fourth DC here in the past little while, husband and I both go at the same time, but not everyone on our server seems to DC… Is it shard related?

Fwiw, I’m playing on NA servers and having the same issue. Doesn’t seem to be Oceanic exclusive (although I am based in Asia, so perhaps a regional issue rather than server? I dunno.)
