What does that have to do with you explaining what makes arms difficult to play? Because playing arms has to do bare minimum to get quality results. Although in the grand scheme of things what they can do is capped out by a low skill ceiling.

I was just tired of being borderline useless in M+, the amount of helpful utility ret has is very nice.
Saving people with Lay on Hands, Spell Bop, Bop, Sac, etc, never gets old.
