Arms warrior - the noob spec

I doubt most people on this forum who don’t already main warrior could break 1800 on it let alone 2100 in shuffle.

Coming from a mage main and having played a variety of specs. Arms is prob one of the hardest specs I’ve climbed on and pushed on.

In terms of impacting a lobby and carrying a game. Arms is def up there with mage if not harder.

I have an easier time on mage casually doing dam and peeling/cc to impact and carry then I do frantically disarming, bannering and intervening every go watching every DR.

I feel like mage is a walk in park and arms is going above and behind to scratch each win off. Hardly tunneling someone and winning maybe like at 1500 lol but certainly not 2200-2300mmr range

I can confidently say arms requires the same awareness I had pushing ret in like S3 DF. Watching team health/cds/drs and being ready to save the game no matter what. Not even close to zug zug brain off.

theres no reason to play with an arms warr that spec is terrible.

Didn’t you used to play hunter but quit it cause you couldn’t pass 2k? Just like your warrior lol. If anything Demo is the most noob friendly spec.

I hit 2400 on hunter and warrior multiple times.

Then why is your warrior at 2k lol

Right now? I was 2200 then tanked in some all wizard lobbies.

My conclusion is that demo is the noob spec because you can barely make it work, but can’t make other noob specs work.

“You’re a higher rating on your main than your alt, thus your main’s spec is easier.” Sound logic. :joy:

Hunter was your first main tho. And then you found out demo was easier and better. I don’t blame you for fotm. Everyone does it.

You have a really strange mind. Are these false claims supposed to be insults or something? lol

If you say lock is your main then I believe you. No need to get to upset. I just remember I had your hunter in my lobby on my way up where I ended up 500 CR higher than you.

Oh I’m not upset. I get 2400 in shuffle and stop. The flag is dumb. Also I’m 300 cr higher than you currently so :person_shrugging:

Next time a newer player ask me what they should play I’m going to suggest demo lock.

Idk, I think BM is by far the most noon friendly spec and it isn’t close.

Fury dominated at the beginning and is generally considered the easiest to play. I’m not sure why he thinks it’s easier then most specs unless you are generally playing a high skill floor class like enhancement. Both DK specs and survival are easier for melee. Ret has a bigger toolbox, but is far more forgiving and can hit at range like survival. Bladestorm has it’s strengths, but it definitely has it’s drawbacks. I’m not sure why he thinks arms is easier, of apparent, he doesn’t play it.

Forst mage devastation evoker will kite most melees not onyl warrior. Stop with the victim mentality
