A new idea to make Arms have a little more flow

New Talent - Furious Slash
Replaces Overpower
Deals the same damage as Overpower and ignores block/parry etc. the same way Overpower does but with the following additions. It generates 10 rage and gives a 4% haste increase for 9 seconds stacking up to 3 times.

This will give Tactician procs some extra value in single target although it would have to be on the same talent row as Dreadnought for balance reasons as it would make those 2 talents a must in all situations.

And another request for Mortal Strike to have the big overhead striking animation that Condemn does with 2 stacks of Overpower :slight_smile:

I wouldn’t call this a new talent idea so much as saying “Arms should have FS”

Sounds broken, so no.

Obviously it would need to be balanced damage wise, but I imagine this would be a fun option for those who want a faster paced arms spec.

And that’s exactly the goal because otherwise warriors will play out identically to BFA. Fury rules at the start until Arms gets a living crap ton of haste gear
