Well, I assume the intent for anyone using it would be mostly for solo play in PvP. In that instance it might prove to be rather useful. Currently, all of Arms Azerite Traits are pretty much equal in terms of overall strength, which makes none of them outstanding. 1p Strike the Anvil and 2p Battlefield Focus/Precision is the most commonly used setup above 2k rating, with 3p Crushing Assault following closely behind (source: ~thelootdistrict.com~). I cannot say for sure how things will look in season 2, I do have some ideas as to what will be the most popular builds, but I think 3p Ancients’ Bulwark will still be a good choice if all you’re looking to do is some solo-PvP content.
