Thatâs just what Iâve seen good mages do when paired in shuffle on a few toons. You really can eat demon hunters and warriors alive. Hunter, rogue, sp, and sometimes warlock feel a lot more like counters than arms.
I completely understand how this is a problem for newbies, as much as it pains me to know that people would ignore a giant red screaming whirlwind 40 meters ahead of the rest of their team.
Good luck balancing a game around people who have absolutely no idea what they are doing though. 99% of these people donât kick casts and forget to use most of their major cooldowns while their target backpedals endlessly in a panic while their pants flood with excrement.
The fact is, if you want healthy room for growth in a game, youâre always going to have janky balance issues at lower levels. You get people having no idea how to deal with fireball spam and button mashing in street fighter. You get teemo terrorizing bronze League of Legends matches.
No, the 125k ms and 150k execute were both inside the barrier in a solo shuffle, and I comain warrior and mage, and I know warrior has its own problems that it needs buffed, but pvp is getting to a point where itâs just giving everything to everyone to make it more balanced and itâs becoming a crapshow, and while not everyone has as much time to get as good as you, as your one of the top pvpers in wow, I can still recognize at my lowly 2000-2200 area the only spec that chonks like that is arms warrior, and with the right healer they are basically unstoppable against certain classes, especially fire mage who is countered by almsot everything right now, and unless your xaryu skill level itâs just a too bad you got placed against the wrong class kinda game. Like I said, Ik they need some buffs and Iâm not complaining about warrior as a whole, just saying no reason any class should be critting high enough to kill someone in 3 or 4 globals while they have healing cds
Have you taken into consideration that those crits mightâve gotten through due to them having wrecking throw and probably had pvp talent that increase it by more 200% for arms? It quite gutts absorb shields in half while partner is probably doing a lot of damage.
Iâve done this myself by casting wrecking throw in priest bubble then completely broke the absorb shield with my partner and proceeded to keep hitting hard, it just means the person in the bubble needs too react quickly/do something instead of standing there.
I was playing as I normally do, not just standing there. Was also being healed, but got hit for 80%of my hp in 2 globals by the warrior and his teammates still hitting me, literally died through barrier and heals and what defensives I had up. That should not be a thing.
