Your wasting your time. These people who don’t think arms has good damage right now have yet to develop any object permanence.

Wait until you pick up the Stance Mastery talent. That being said, Arms Warr is one of the absolute tankiest DPS specs in the game right now. Die by the Sword, Spell Reflect, and Defensive Stance (with Stance Mastery on top of it as well) reduce so much damage. You have Impending Victory for on-demand HP restoration as well.
If you’re struggling to chain pull mobs in the open world while leveling, I get it, but if we’re talking pound-for-pound survivability, Arms is about as good as it gets at the top end.
