Wendigo set, which now shows, was the same way when I first got it.
Not sure why those newer cosmetic sets are like that. This one is taking some time to show.

Hence why I said intentional. There’s so many bugs in the live game, it’s like Blizzard doesn’t even care anymore, like Billy clipping through the cobblestone roads of SW and randomly teleporting, or the goldshire north signpost not having it’s shadow properly attached to it, or the Kharazan Chess Event preventing you from combat when your king has died already
