Guild: Big Damage
Realm: Area 52 - US
Current in-game GM: Sworclock
Old GM still shown on Armory: Unconvinced
Issue: Blizzard Armory character page shows Sworclock in Big Damage, but the Blizzard Armory guild roster still incorrectly shows Unconvinced as Guild Master raiderio and Warcraft Logs are therefore not granting guild admin access.
Guild master was passed to Sworclock 3 days ago, this was BEFORE reset.
I tried opening up a ticket, but it keeps rerouting me to the forums and won’t let me submit one.
Update 6/18/2026
GM was passed to me Sunday evening PST. It’s the 5th day. Is the armory bugged? Any steps I should take?

I’ve logged fully out of bnet, logged back in.

Had the person who passed gm to me log in, leave guild and fully log out of game
