I’ve never leveled an alliance character through Bfa yet, and I wanna try out a void elf, generally how long does it take nowadays to get exalted with a 120 character if I’m just a hair away from revered?
It’s not horrible. It’s just stupid that as a new player you have to get Legion WQ open, then Legionfall, then Argus.
after you level a 110, but 120 with i350+ preferred so you can easily solo the rares and Antoran Wastes and MacAree stuff.
Then, and only then, shall you be allowed to start a new toon as Void Elf.

Argus rep is largely dependent on dailies. Don’t quote me but I would say between 2-3 weeks at least.

It’s maybe two to three weeks. Less if you can get an emissary for AR, or some BoA WQ that give AR rep, that you can do on any 120 and then mail the tokens over.
Soloing the dungeon on MacAree when that WQ is up is also a nice boon.
I don’t think it will take to long if you remain diligent on it. World quest week starts this Tuesday so that will be a nice boost for you. I believe your class hall table has a chance to give you missions that reward rep for them so keep an eye on that as well.
The weekly quests given by illidan and Ty…shiny dude also give rep for both argus reps.

Okay cool that doesn’t seem too terrible…I have a 360 shaman that’s almost revered with argussian so hopefully that’ll make the content more of a breeze

The Argus reps were surprisingly not painful.
You do the quest line for the 3 zones and then the WQs. Plus table missions at that point reward rep tokens.
I got exalted with both factions there in about 3 weeks at a leisurely pace.
You don’t have to complete legionfall if I remember correctly. There should get a quest that takes you directly to Argus. You might not even have to complete any of legion besides the intro stuff. I think you can bypass all of it.
If you have done it before yes you can skip it, but you have to be eligible for “I have seen this story before”. Regardless back when 110 boosts came out in Legion you had to open Broken Shore before the Argus unlock quest chain was offered similar to how you have to unlock Nazjatar and the Heart Forge before you can do anything in 8.3.
I usually cheesed the rep with an army of alts and just sent the rep tokens from dailies to a single character.
Probably why we don’t have those rep tokens in BfA.

Also check for Army of Light emissaries, if you do the WQs to kill named mobs, those will give Argussian rep too, even if the WQs are marked Army of Light.
About 15 minutes, well not literally. It is really fast, though, with Argussian possibly on the mission board/as WQ’s on the zone map there, plus the overlap they eventually put in of Argus WQ’s rep.
