It makes sense, in arena the ability to quickly and freely move and throw heals while doing so is going to trump the strengths of other healing classes.
Maybe it’s time to re-evaluate the trade between mobility and healing capability for druids and monks, e.g. if you want to move you can, but not without your heal output taking a significant hit.
