Arena title cutoffs (update question? cant find a dev)

Ive been opening tickets in game, and they all direct me here saying only a dev can answer these questions, and i dont know how to get a hold of one otherwise, is this the right place? I am inquiring about arena title cutoffs. Some people i know of have been banned for cheating/botting/scripting/piloting/exploiting or however you want to classify it. Sometimes blizzard does not update the titlecutoffs and move people up, when others are disqualified. We have 6 more days until titles are released and the cutoffs are the same. Will they be updated at some point before titles come out, and the people who were banned removed from the ladder, and those below them bumping up? A response from someone who can actually answer this would be wonderful because ive been trying for weeks to get an answer to this.

This crops up several times but if you require a Developer comment, you’ll have to post on the Arena forums and may have to wait until the Developer team may answer most questions about this topic.

Unfortunately this forum is one for players to assist other players. No staff comes here (Devs, GMs, etc) beyond our SFAs. So you’re not going to get that Dev response you’re wanting. Forumcat was kind enough to provide you the proper locations where you can put your inquiry - but know that you’re not guaranteed a response.

You can also try tweeting @WarcraftDevs - that is another platform where you can at least try and see if you can’t manage some response from them.

I do wish you luck.

I don’t believe that this is something that anyone is going to be able to comment on unless it actually happens first.

Developers don’t comment on the forums. You can provide feedback via the forums, but the developers do not comment here. Sometimes, there will be a Community Manager in one of the non-support forums who will pass along information, but for this particular question, I do not believe that it’s information that they are going to provide you with.

If you wish to, you’re welcome to send a tweet to the Warcraft Developer’s Twitter feed, but you’re not guaranteed a reply there unfortunately.
