I am in a 75 minute queue otherwise I’d check for myself.
I transferred a character off Stormrage this morning so I believe so.
Still have characters on Illidan and Area 52 but I am not sitting in queue to find out.
Stormrage no longer appears in the dropdown menu

Stormrage was never a destination. It’s one of the realms you can freely transfer off.
I am silly; in my angst, I misread their post.
Illidan and Area 52 still can be transferred off so can Stormrage as a matter of fact, I just created a character to test it and you can freely transfer a newly created character.
I am not sure what you were looking for though - to transfer TO Stormrage?

A52. Illidan, Stormrage. Tichondrius, Frostmourne are the only realms offering free transfers. These were the realms having queues. I transferred 9 toons off A52 to Hyjal and Bleeding Hollow. I was unable to play since SL release. When BFA released it took 3 days and was finally able to play.
I’m glad I made the change. Horrible experience to say least. The guild I was on was a 3 guilds in one raiding but folded and renamed. Nothing holding me back. Good luck all !
