I’m one to give the benefit of the doubt - a 30 minute wait period seems excessive but understandable on launch day, even given they have the numbers based off of pre-orders. But 171 minutes? How is that not all hands on deck.
These servers are run on HP BladeSystem servers. There is no acceptable reason not to utilize a temporary server(s), toss a temp blade into it, assign it to Area-52 and call it a day.
171 minutes to wait because they’re unwilling to hurt the bottom line and not utilize a temporary server for a few days for customer satisfaction… satisfaction being playing the game we bought.
