Broken on Zul’Jin war mode off. Missing holds, can’t exit the climbing controls (even with a reset), and the world quest can’t be untracked if you click it on the map (also stayed through reset). Turning off addons didn’t change anything, and I had to fully exit to clear the controls.
It’s the same thing on Bleeding Hallow.
Also several of the other ones and dragon race ones are bugged as well either missing hand golds or no matter how many times you do race no credit given
Same on Cenarion Circle missing 5th handhold
Everyone who gets stuck in climbing mode, you can get out of it by right-clicking the climbing buff up in your buffs.
That cancels the climbing mode instantly.

It’s amazing that these quests have been bugged since release and still not fixed
Bugged for me as well on Wyrmrest Accord (WM Off). Checking back every so often to see when/if it gets fixed before the quest itself ends.
WM off, handholds missing, cant complete.
Blizz… you have ONE opportunity to impress your users with a bug free and smooth playing experience. Has anyone done the Soup thing? Is it okay with you if jerks put down target dummies so everyone has to tab through them missing the task because its too late? This Kitten one hasnt been broke as long, but wow man! How do you think the users are going to feel about you just letting stuff out the door without any scrutiny or quality control? We need better quality!!

On Caelestrasz - bugged both in and out of WM. In WM can only climb 2 stones (then several missing), out of WM can only climb 5 stones (then one missing).
I have done this quest many times since launch even on the same server (Icecrown) in this same reset and now it’s bugged at the 5th rock. Help.
Either joining a group where the leader’s in another shard (not raid of course, as it won’t allow you to progress the quest) can put you into a shard where all hand-holds are present…as can going away and doing something else, then coming back (in the hope, again, that you’re in another shard that ain’t broken). Rubbish workaround, but seems to be the only option (other than, of course, Blizz fixing it! 
)

Same on Magtheridon… Been trying a couple times over the days and it’s the same rock that is missing.
Area 52 here. Been bugged all week, and different handholds have been missing every time I’ve checked.
Earlier in the week the bottom two handholds were missing, and today it’s the third handhold that’s missing.
Bugged on Grizzly Hills server as well
Bugged on two different characters for me.
Why does this quest even work like this? It’s like a rock is missing entirely that was there yesterday on a different character?
If we’re going to put so much emphasis on chores for the end game for casual players can we at least ensure they’re functioning correctly and not remaining broken for weeks?
Also, why are my world quests cycling the same 5 items over and over again with a consistently lower item level than what I already have?
Also evoker empower skills are still broken, just in case you need the reminder.
Arcane charges on mage probably are too. I haven’t checked.
And after this WQ seemed to be fixed last week, now it is bugged again but this time the 7th step is missing.

This quest has actually gotten more broken. After I picked up the climbing gear, there were no handholds in reach at all.
