I should probably temper the “no” on the sandbox. I have limited time to play, and while I inherently like the idea of a sandbox and it’s freedom, I would probably find myself frustrated by a lack of time to really dig in. I also dislike horse-blinder progression, where you have zero freedom and your path is more or less one-dimensional. If I had infinite time, I’d have said “yes” to the sandbox…hope that makes sense.

We are individual creatures attuned to our own mannerisms. Of course I will not judge you. I think the free spirits and people like you present the best form of individualism. I in fact applaud you.
