Blizzard is to blame for that. Many of us despite our faction avatar, were pushing for faction ratio queues. But once again you cannot see past the salt.

You literally have a huge advantage due to faction imbalance across your entire region, and even with such an advantage (and no, horde due to faction imbalance cannot successfully do what you are doing) you still lose.

Because that optimization of world pvp honor farming wasn’t vanilla like either.

I personally didn’t mind phase 2 that much. The only thing that was difficult was trying to do the Rhok’delar quest.

I don’t know if there’s an equivalent yet but in BC we used to do premade AV by having everyone in the raid use an addon called Preform AV Enabler. It required everyone to be on point to drop ques and re-que multiple times via the leaders direction but it worked pretty well getting large groups in.

its not a real premade in av since you cant queue av as a group.there is actually nothing wrong with what the alliance are doing they are only competing with theirselves.
