Classic is cringe. Clout chasing into classic due to streamers is turbo cringe. Blizz is very smart to capitalize on the hype since they will swiftly abandon the mode after trapping another 2m or so suckers into a 6 month sub.

Plus with HC, endgame is non-existent.
Guilds do run them. One guild has cleared many if not most/all. Not 1 death.
But yeahā¦pug based end game is not a thing lol.
I guarantee you 90% of those people are going to play to level 10-20, die, realize they have to delete their character, and never play again.
As much as āYou think you do but you donātā is overused on these forums, especially by the devs, hardcore is definitely a case of it for most people. Thereās definitely a crowd that want it, but the majority of people are just bandwagon hopping and donāt actually want it.

True but people will still seek for it, even if itās re-created. That is the beauty of the mind.
Only a handful of people could pull that off, much less risk all the time and effort they sunk in to get to 60.

To me, that will depend on what Ion does with retail and classic lead does there. Era became a āraid loggingā home for some if not many. Done the chores in wow (either version)ā¦they go to era HC.
Iāve lost a few chars in era hc. I still go back. at some point i get done in wrath for taskers. ERA HC uses the full $15 of my sub lol.
and I canāt explain why I have no issues making another char who will proabably die at 20 ish in eraā¦but cba to level a 20 in wrath to higher levels.
Well I can, but that is a gripe list covered in wrath boards often lol.
relevels jsut work in HC for some. How many? Time will tell really.

WoW is far too slow (in pace) and predictable (in content) for a hardcore mode to appeal to me. First time I died and looked at the character creation screen Iād be ānah, Iām done with thisā
That said, if I ever made a classic era character, Iād probably start it in hardcore mode and transfer over when I died because of absentmindedly pulled two mobs instead of one at level 8.
But Iām not planning to ever make a classic character so ā¦ still no.

those hardcore rules kinda suck, so no, not wasting my time with that.
but if they have a classic fresh iāll play it this time. maybe the retail devs should too. 
Nah, I never had interest in Classic WoW in the first place and definitely not playing HC. I wonāt feel any nostalgia either because I didnāt play WoW until Cataclysm prepatch.
