While things were occasionally choppy on Tuesday, I was having zero lag by Thursday night, btw.

Sadly it doesn’t bode well for tuedsay when likely half my raid will be in some form of unable to log in, zone in, update, initialize, or stay connected. I hope it’s done… For everyone’s sake, but history tells me its probably not.

thats nothing with that mmorpgs get. they get 100’s, if not 1,000’s of people in the same zone. so no wonder its going to lag
just wait a few days till all the people that just get on at every new patch leave. the lag will go away
Eh, not really, but i sure must have struck a nerve pointing it out.
He finally stopped replying to me - but I made sure he couldn’t keep moving goal post. Once that happened, he had no choice but to go after fallacy after fallacy. Most people here, including the OP, started with a tangible problem and built a discussion off of it. I replied saying the analogy he used wasn’t accurate. Instead of coming back with a real rebuttal, I got a classic strawman response.
We can add ad hominem, Tu Quoque, and even red herring to the list of fallacies coming from this guy lol. Magedaddicus isn’t actually here to counter any of the problems listed - he’s posturing to “win” by dunking on everyone who responds. The numerous fallacies add up to make him sound clever - but none of it has substance.
Dude is moving goalposts as if it’s a sport. Most responses I’ve seen have been the poor guy still pecking at the chess pieces all over the floor.

Saturday morning, around 8am, low pop server. classic/cata chromietime. old zones same lag and bs as in undermine, this isnt just in the new zone, and it didnt start until their wednesday update. and it is still happening. in old zones as well as new. in dead servers as well as heavily populated ones. i dont find it acceptable the lag in this video, for a company that has been running this game for 20 years and ongoing, for the game to be this unstable is ridiculous.

I also was having weird lag in starter zones last night trying to level new characters. Looting was delayed. Ms and frames were normal.

Still quite a bit of lag going on.
My Internet and cell service has gone down before. My electricity goes out from time to time over the years. Road construction makes me take long routes to places. Items broke before warranty, my Amazon package didn’t arrive. I can only imagine how much complaining these people do on a daily basis if some lag on overloaded launch servers hurts this much lol

Relax guys, they haven’t been working on this patch for six months or anything.
The amount of bugs and lag ever since this patch has hit is absolutely sickening. The art team are the only people who showed up for work.
It’s been over a week now and it’s still lagging but let’s continue adding more real money mounts to the shop! This company is an absolute JOKE

There are tons of posts on various sections of the forums about the lag and people chiming in here and also those not chiming in. Don’t forget to shine your shield

If the lag was an actual widespread problem, people would be spamming the forums. Mostly gd.
