If you mean Wild Spirits, then you shouldn’t be casting that until the tank has positioned themselves.

Also, if you don’t like the Night Fae positioning requirements, Venthyr is very close, and I mean very close, and removes said positional requirements.
I went with Venthyr cause I hate targeting circles.

Demo has been trash ever since the rework.
BM has been solid and is usually the go-to over MM.
I mained hunter in BFA. It was better than MM.
And its been solid in SL up until now. (Where frankly, it still does ok).
yes, in the fairy one you have to stand still or you lose the haste bonus. I am surprised being a hunter and saying this. But from what I’ve seen of the community poster, not that really surprised. Most seem to not know what they are talking about. That 15% haste buff is about the best you can get for BM. I have been playing hunter for well over 8 years.
Beast Mastery Hunters will want to always stick with Dreamweaver. Dreamweaver has both Dream Delver and Field of Blossoms which synergize really well with Beast Mastery’s toolkit. We’ll want to use Spirit Attunement, One With the Beast, and Bloodletting for conduits. Once we obtain the tier set, Ferocious Appetite will become relevant in single target
I like when Marksman is actually viable and I don’t feel obligated to play BM on my hunter.

That and survival finally get some love. Been playing survival a lot and having a blast.
There’s no such thing as a “hard” spec in this game.

That’s a soulbind trait, not a covenant ability.
Your post didn’t specify soulbind, read what you wrote again. I don’t use Dreamweaver, as I don’t play Night Fae right now, so my mind doesn’t think about soulbind traits, shockingly. Or when someone says they can’t move because of their covenant ability, do you automatically think “OH, they must have Theotar as a soulbind trait, so they can’t move out of the Umbrella” No, you don’t. If someone says they can’t move due to a soulbind trait, then you start thinking about the soulbinds.
Also, if you would read the guides and not just do a quick glance, you’d know Venthyr is the recommended covenant until you get the 2p/4p (depending on your ilvl) for pretty much every spec.

I do not read guilds. I have played hunter so long that I know what is best for him. My post stated truth if you do not stand still you will lose DPS. I was speaking to well inform Hunters. If you need guides then better study up on hunters. I know mine very well and the reason why he can do really good numbers is as I understand the mechanics of hunters.
This is true, but again, you mentioned Covenant Abilities, not Soulbinds, hence my comment you quoted that we don’t stand still for covenant abilities.
And I play what I want to play, but I will look at guides for ideas. I was Night Fae until 9.2, but the targeting circle and tanks pulling mobs out of it finally got to me, and I changed to Venthyr, since the double legendary essentially turns Flayed Shot into a weaker Wild Spirits without the targeting circle.
And tbh, I doubt I’ll switch back to Night Fae. Except maybe to collect soulshapes later in the patch when I’m out of stuff to do, as Maizou already has like 50 of the soulshapes.

I enjoy the thematic gameplay of being an archer/ranger/marksman.
I don’t enjoy having an AI do a majority of my damage for me. That’s boring.

Personally, I am the “mechanics boy” on my team so BM offers a way to be the adult without tanking DPS too badly.

I give up. If you fail to relizes soul bind account for twenty + percentage and soul tree are part of convinates main power structures. then way post a reply in first place.
