Ok, So I deleted ALL of my “Blizzard” cookies in Chrome and I was able to type something in a message WITH a video.
However, I cannot EDIT a post with a video.
Its california work is illegal there.
trusted website links are supposed to be postable by TL1 and up.
TL3 lets you post non trusted links (and by extension images)
youtube is a trusted site and should thus be postable by everyone, but currently the forums are throwing a fit.

I felt left out. I posted a video about a video.
You have to post very quickly and it has to be a new video.
