We won’t know until the PTR comes out next week but there’s an extremely high chance that they’re not going to touch anything. Even as it is the necro legendary STILL does not refund charges like it’s supposed to and they seem to have no intentions on fixing it.
Kyrian is looking to be the BIS cov for Outlaw in raid, very high chance for sub as well as Resounding is already its highest simming ST lego, and probably Venthyr for Sin. Night Fae will still end up being unviable trash for all three specs.
