Are they done with the PC market?

Game company is making games for gamers. News at 11.

Whether you like or not, people who game on phones are gamers. It's a huge, profitable market. Of course they're going to try to tap it.

I'd be far more concerned about e-sports and how this MDI crap is impacting the game. That actually effects us all.

There is an appropriate time, place and audience for such an announcements. A convention full of PC gamers who have played one or another version of Diablo on their PCs for the last 20 years, wasn't the appropriate time, place or audience.
Absolutely true. Then followed with the "don't you have phones" bit. It's an unforced error, a self-inflicted wound, that graphically displayed that none of those people on stage had a single clue about their audience. That's the real story...that the people making PC games, are totally disconnected from their customers. It shows too...look at BFA. Or Ion, the one man gaff factory. The push to make WoW, the casualest of casual games, into a "raid, M+, or Die" e-sport.

Just logged on to catch the emissary WQ up. Until I got to the pet battle up at the turtles...saw one other player. One. The pet battle, had 6-8. Pretty sad, when pet battles and farming pet charms is the draw.
