I’m getting the same thing. I was playing with my friend and it kept on saying he was offline when I would send him a message. When I logged to switch servers I get spit out at login. Now I’m getting the no available server message while looking at my friend in the friends list chilling in stormwind.

It’s probably not linked to the actual servers and someone probably has to update the status. Which would be dumb if that’s the case, but not surprising for Blizzard.
