I’ll be done with mechagon today for rep (revered) and I just have to finish nazjatar, I have about 4500 left there . Is it worth picking up a contract for the extra 10 rep or whatever? They sell for like 2k on my server so my initial reaction is to just wait it out and do the quests but I’m curious as to if it helped anyone else .
I did it without the contracts. If you don’t have a scribe alt, I think you will be able to finish with it

I’m probably the last person without this stuff done already. The mechagon stuff was easy and refreshing. I find nazjatar to be very grim and I wish you could do the laboratory quests more often I have so many of those items.

Fear not! My ex is still honored with both.
I went the path of contracts and in my experience it definitely gave me a boost, though the Human racial helps immensely.

It’s very much so worth it to ALWAYS have one on. It counts towards paragon chests as well. 10 rep per WQ adds up quite quickly.

Yeah I’m basically only grinding it out on my pally for the extra rep boost(human) . I messed up when I did the lightborne and void elf and did it on my orc. Never again haha. But ok I guess I’ll just see what hits me, it’s only an extra 10 per quest right?

I used contracts. It was also WQ bonus week… so that was a nice boost. Worth it to ME.

Contracts are dead cheap. 
Completely worth grabbing - especially on alts you’re looking to grab those Exalted level essences on. They add up.

buy it and go do a mount/tmog run each week and call it even
2k to me doesn’t seem dirt cheap lol. Maybe it’s the old man in me but dirt cheap to me would be like 500 gold

My server is weird. No crafting material seems to sell and the items themselves sell for way more than they should .
Nope, I don’t think they are worth it. I guess if you did every WQ in the first areas you might get it a day sooner but I personally don’t think it would be worth it.
That just means someone is very good at undercutting you on the crafting mats.

No. The bonus is tiny. Maybe if you are a compulsive world quester.
its only worth it if you literally dont want to do stuff in the zones. Naj has emissary quests dailies world quests etc. so I wouldn’t say its worth it for Naj. for Mechagon though, There is only 1 world quest so it was worth it for me to buy Mechagon contracts (more than 1)
Never used them, and by the time unlocked them, had no desire to do it on other toons.
Rep grinds this expansion seriously need some attention, and that’s from someone who just dinged the 100th.

Unless you really want to rush they are not really all that worth it.
