From having one of the most wonky tier sets that causes us to inevitably munch on procs (which is something they removed for most classes during QoL updates, i.e. frost mage and fury warr).
To just doing mid “ehh..” damage despite our 4set giving us pseudo-nukes.
Like the idea of the ret 4pce is neat but the forced AoE/ST interactions make it feel weird due to the 1st phrase above.
Did they put a different set of devs for this tier?
I would argue that it isn’t just rets too, so many specs could be competitive with very simple fixes
