Are raid trinkets too good for healing this patch, or are M+ trinkets too bad?

This post was inspired by looking at raid logs last night, where my 665 Algari Concordance was averaging 1.5-2% of my healing versus a guildmate’s 645 Pick Me Up hitting 10-20% of their healing.

You can’t tell me that’s not a meaningful difference.

Out of context that means nothing. If MPU is doing anywhere close to 20% of their healing are they even hitting buttons?
