Are players expected to go back and farm old content for mats, every time they want to make more bags during Shadowlands expansion?

I bet someone will decide that each bag/craftable has a resource gathering timer on it.

Waht would be nice, would be a simple, 30slot, raw cloth bag pattern.
No timegate.

of course rolling all the bags into 30 slots and going from there would be like… weird.
