Are guild banks coming to TBC Classic?

I just kinda want to ask, I vaguely remember something akin to a guild bank when I was playing many many years ago, but It’s at a part where I couldn’t tell if that was Late BC or Early wrath era. Lines pretty blurred after a Decade.

If we are getting guild banks anyone know what phase it’s going to be in?

I believe they are coming in ZA Phase which is 4?
