Ardenweald zone's lack of World Quests while Thread of Fates levelling

Seems that Ardenweald offers little to NO World Quests (except the Pet-battle ones) if you’re in the area to level via Threads of Fate. Is this intentional or is there something that needs to be done to unlock Ardenweald’s WQs for players using Threads of Fate to level there?

NB: yesterday there’s 2 World Quests, but 2 days ago theres only one WQ–the battle pet one. Now, there’ no World Quests again except the battle pet one again.

This is for US servers btw, no idea on the EU side.

I just switched my paladin to Threads of Fate. She’s got world quests in every zone but Ardenweald, where she only has one pet battle quest.

Also, completing side quests, getting treasures, and killing rares all give no progress towards filling the Aid the Night Fae bar.

Necro’ing this. This is still a thing. My hunter has world quests in every zone except Ardenweald while doing Threads of Fate.
