I couldn’t STAND ANY of the other zones, the only zone I DID like was Ardenweald. It’s amazing, the story is great, it’s beautiful and pretty.
Men and women both play this game – having a non masculine zone won’t kill you, for crying out loud.
Now get over it.

I find Najatar and Revendreth to be far worse.

Ironically, Ardenweald is probably the darkest zone in all of the Shadowlands, imo.

Good to know that 15 years in, the WOW forums are still a great place to find people creating threads to give opinions that exactly no one asked to hear. It still baffles me how much complaining this community does, as if there’s a gun to their heads making them play a game that for many, costs hundreds of dollars a year to play. We live in a miraculous golden age of entertainment. Even in a pandemic, one can find literally millions of hours of multimedia content without leaving their house. But still, this snowflake is bummed that the combination of his total lack of a sense of humor and some kitsch and femininity in one zone, put the proverbial sandpaper to his underbits. If the zone isn’t making you happy, go find something else to do. Or better yet go find a stray dog in your neighborhood to complain about this stuff to. As long as you keep feeding it, I bet It’ll listen to you. At least then your entitled dissatisfaction will help feed a hungry dog.

Correlation between player interest according to age and what Ardenweald allegedly fails to deliver is strange and unfounded. I’m not a teenager. I loved this zone. Might be one of the most emotional highs and best journeys I’ve had in a zone in 16 years of playing this game. Suramar still has the crown, though.

Lol, Not mad at all, I came on to troubleshoot a loading issue for a friend. But I saw this whiney thread and I just couldn’t help myself. It’s not really aimed at you per say but rather posters like you in general. Genuinely I hope the rest of the Xpac makes you happy. But just play it or don’t. Life is hard enough these days without people spreading negativity for the sake of negativity. If you aren’t happy, go find a way to be. Build something instead of tearing it down.
The average streamer viewer might not be in their 40s but the average actual player is probably around 40
