Currently the mage talent Arcane Instability is apparently only affecting Fireball, Pyroblast, Blizzard, and Flamestrike… At least according to TBC Wowhead. Can anyone confirm if it’s broken or not?

Also the 50% crit damage bonus from Spell Power talent isn’t affecting Arcane Missles.
