It shouldn’t mean that he just warmed to Silvermoon and preferred to stay Red Team for the same reason I’d probably become Canadian if they annexed Chicago successfully.

Yeah, it sort of seems like they’ve grappled an Alliance character, then argued he’s “Totally” Horde lol

Likely so when they inevitably give him major limelight alongside the roster of main-characters of Midnight who get majority limelight are also all seemingly Alliance, Blizzard can go:

• “What do you mean there’s no Horde?? See!? We have a Horde character too — There’s Arator!”

Which is what I’m sort of expecting if they don’t really make him favour Blood Elves over the others. lol

Arator is Horde now, I guess? [Midnight spoilers]

Personally, I wouldn’t mind this — So long as he flips off Vereesa & the Silver Covenant, having had a schism with her & them since the Purge of Daralan - Reflecting his loyalties to the Blood Elves and those he truly considers “close” to him.

If they give him ACTUAL signs of loyalty and perhaps even express there’s a bit of an awkward tension time to time with his mother and father based on his significantly close ties towards the Blood Elves, Lor’themar and the Horde – That’d be awesome and he’d have my respect

Otherwise, if they’re just completely like:

• “Yeahnah they’re best buddies, like for-evs and stuff — but super friendly with all the great bestest Alliance buddies!”

or brush it off? Then yeahnah, it’ll just seem like a Mary Sue insert Alliance character into the ‘Horde’ narrative.
