In the context of Vanilla raid phases, two months is long enough. A lot of aren’t interested in running the original raids anymore with SoD’s power level. Everything is trivial.
I am more open to a longer Phase 8 because it’s entirely new content as long as they give us a new 5-man as filler. Giving us new dungeons every couple months would be a great way to extend the new phases.
(I’m not confident we will see a P9 but new dungeons are an easy win)

I’ve been called a casual guild multiple times because we aren’t a 20 player group and didn’t clear on sub seal 6. A casual guild is any guild that is more than 20 or is 20 and isn’t trying to clear week 1/2

Those people are stupid, we raid with 21 players because we dont wana sit 1 person out. Unless you have 25+ players you aren’t doing much better
Well those players are top 100. Which my guild isn’t. So. We are casual. Also if ur 6/6 t3 with near bis. You got 4 more raids(including today) before next phase. Thats completely fine. 95% of my raid is bis or missing 1-2 pieces.
Why do you think you won’t be able to run Naxx in P8? It will still be relevant the entire phase and what else is there to do in SoD besides a few hours of raiding per week?

You guys were 307 in the world on 40 man… you cleared it the first time on rank 7 because it came out march 4th.

Your guild is 220 world Naxx full mythic. 84 region. 54 realm.
My guild is 57 world. 21 region. 16 realm.
The phases are too fast, especially this Naxx phase.

You dont generally raid old content once new content comes out. No reason to raid for worse gear.
I did 37 realm 57 region. Even then more proof that my guild is casuals and we are near bis and fine to move on KT 87 realm

In retail, this is Season of Discovery. You don’t have supplementary gear systems like mythic+ and delves. 95% of players will still need gear from Naxx for the next few months.

Yeah. I see 87 realm max prog not 83. So we indeed are a casual guild like I claimed
Guild page saus different for me, weird.
And you can still farm hard modes to your hearts content in P8 and you will even get faster runs.
Only reason we run AQ is because they said it would be better gear for SM than naxx. But that is not the norm.
Generally no reason to go backwards in content, when you could put all your time into new content.
