Hardcore Casuals is recruiting for our Sapphire and Onyx raid teams on the US - Pagle EST server. Established on the first weekend of WoW Classic’s launch in August 2019, our Alliance guild maintains a consistent record of organized progression and community engagement. We are seeking highly motivated and skilled players to strengthen our raid rosters for current and future content.
Our guild prioritizes organization to ensure efficient raid operations. We utilize a transparent Loot Council system, supported by the That’s My BiS website for comprehensive visibility in loot distribution. A rotating raid member is included on the Loot Council to ensure diverse perspectives and equitable gear allocation.
Onyx Raid Team (Hardcore Progression):
- Focus: Pushing progression, efficient clears, and competitive performance.
- Schedule: Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 8 PM to 12 AM EST during progression.
- Expectations: Players must be fully prepared with consumables, enchantments, and a deep understanding of raid mechanics. This team does not provide basic class optimization training.
Sapphire Raid Team (Semi-Hardcore Progression):
- Focus: Progression-oriented, with an emphasis on Hard-mode/Heroic raiding in a more relaxed environment.
- Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays from 9 AM to 1 PM EST during progression.
- Expectations: Players are expected to research and optimize their class performance and review guild-provided boss strategies before raids.
→ Both teams will have reduced raid times once content is on farm.
