Plenty of other wolf mounts that new players can get. They’re not entitled to rewards like AotC mounts just because they’re new.

I’ve played this game since vanilla. I’ve been featured on the front page of the WoW website twice for different achievements way back in the day, (2006) but raiding has never been my thing. I remember exploring MC when it was brand new, and that was fun, but raiding achievements aren’t my goal. However, I see how easy it’ll be to get aotc before the current season ends since my friends want me to come along and heal. Still not my goal. Good thing this game has such a wide variety of achievements, accomplishments, and ways to progress that a wide variety of people can enjoy.

I have the AotC in question and a few more. I think it should be available. I’m 100% in favor of putting previously unobtainable items on the trading post.

The thing is i’m pretty sure it’s not even going to be on the trading post since it’s more then likely for the pandamonium event which is ment to have Seige of org as the raid so it’s prob going to be a reward from that like it was back in the day.
But at the same time again this is a bad idea to put this on the trading post since like it has been said this is a slipery slope in that you give them even one inch they will take 10000 miles we saw that with mount that you could buy and now there are so many of them it’s crazy and they only stopped after everyone told them to shove those mount up their butts and big streamers were telling everyone to boycot blizz because all the store mounts had 1000 times more effert put into them then in game mounts.
They are now selling toys, outfits, petsn mounts and it’s been datamined that their is diff amounts of tendies so more then likely they are going to start selling those as well. This is a stupid arguement because everyone knows that this stuff shouldn’t go up on the trading post but some people are just going DO IT because they either want to get a rise outta people that don’t want it or people that just want everything execlusivity be damned, i get it some people can’t do AOTC despite all the people saying it’s easy but they don’t get it or gladiator but again they don’t get it if it’s as easy as they say then why don’t you have them.
This stuff is rewards for people that put the work into getting can some people just buy them sure they can but that vast majority of people that have them earned them and it holds meaning for those players now why might the wolf becoming simple it was the first most people had no clue what it was or they simply left because alot of people didn’t like mop so it makes sence that that one comes back and i hope they do it though the raid and not the trading post.

To be fair, regular players wear the BlizzCon transmog onesie and jump around like children.
The mount is only suited for RPers these days, where artificial prestige does not matter, when you have no knowledge about the game, the lore and how to transmog. It will find a second wind as an Orc mount, which is actually great.
Pixels arent finite tho? And given how its just lines of code that have already had their developmental costs covered whats even the harm? People that would be upset dont even play anymore, and the ones that do are a minority most likely. Why in a capitlalistic society would you forgo your majority to appease the few?

The vast majority you speaketh of are nowadays a minority, i dont think you realize just how long you have played wow. Its a 20 year old game… let that sink in and think how long a generation is
I know how long it’s been and i can tell you alot of people from that era still play maybe not as much as we used to but we still play.
But my point still stands there will be new cool transmogs and mounts to come there always is but like i said we shouldn’t be putting the old stuff up because thats just inviting everything then to come to the post and the moment that does blizz will start jacking up the price of everything then tendies will go on sale and we will just have another way to get milked by blizz.

So your solution is to make pixels, an infinite resource, be so limited to the point people not even born yet have no chance to get things? At least my solution solves an actual issue, there is so much content locked away that MANY players will never see soley due to being born too late.
Your issue is all conjecture, and based solely on what ifs, my issue is based on reality and events that did/and/or currently are transpiring.
