< Values > is an AOTC guild on Zul’jin
We are currently seeking a few dps to round out our roster.
Primarily we are missing a Warrior! However we would consider adding a Druid, Monk, Rogue and Evoker as well!
However we will consider other classes!
Our raid days and times are :
Tuesday/Thursday
8:00 to 11:00PM EST
We do have a few requirements for raiding:
Maintaining a basic ilvl relevant to the raid tier (this is usually discussed ahead of time with the guild)
Both Embellishments
Fully Enchanted/Gemmed
Must be willing to do content outside of raid to keep your character relevant (basically not just relying on raid loot handouts)
Must be okay with helpful direction towards character if it is needed (performance based)
Rclootcouncil (we find this process efficient and it makes loot very fair)
What we offer:

Fun but serious steady progression
Decent core of mythic plus players ( some consistently hitting 3k every tier, others just happy to get portals every tier)
Helpful and Friendly environment
Most of us are older so we understand spouse/kid aggro…
15 minute break at 9:30 EST (some of us have to put kids to bed lol)
Long standing stable guild that has been around since BC
Every tier after AOTC we take a break for the season ( like i said most of us are old and have RL things and other games we want to play)
However we still host community nights on the regularly scheduled raid nights ( these are not mandatory but super fun) we either play other games together (among us/repo/peak/jackbox games) and we always get the achievements for the current raid done for the mount
Despite the break every tier our turnover rate is practically non existent … pretty much everyone comes back!
We are a community here and we are looking to add those exceptional players to our team
