AOE mob levelling in retail

one of the things I really enjoyed in classic was rounding up a bunch of mobs and aoeing them down.

the typical spots were the farmers outside tarren mills and running mobs aorund the walls in zul’farrak.

is there any equivalent of that kind of thing in retail nowadays?

I mean now you can just spam dungeons to level fast or fly around as an earthen and get 1-80 in <2 hours LOL
