Hit up youtube and watch some of the frost mage masters, one in particular I enjoy is Xaryu, he is friendly and knowledgeable with a lot of great ideas and video of his set up , keybinds and playstyle

Anyone with any common sense knows there is nothing the op can do. Its a pointless question.
You can’t fight 5 plus mobs high enough to give xp and win a pvp encounter…

Instance leveling is a safe idea at 44 in zulfarrak zombie run with cone of cold.
easy prey for sure, that murlock spot I forgot where it is but that’s a great spot for exp/to get camped
Frostbite is actually REALLY good for leveling. I am full frost, literally every talent except 1 left over I put into arcane. Frostbite wont ruin your blizzard aoes it actually helps, the chance to nova is per tick and it ticks 10 times which means if everytick of your blizzard hits you’ll be chain novaing them meaning you can get 1 extra blizzard off moreso than you normally would without the talent. There’s only certain in particular farms where Frostbite wont cut it such as trying to aoe elite melee, but for non elite melee I swear by it that it’s actually better, and for single target in dungeons, get out of here, ridiculously good to get free shatter procs one after another.
Basically what I’m saying is the ZF Farm sucks anyway, i’d rather to dungeon grouping and raiding and when I actually farm I do Lashers and Demons in DM East which frostbite doesn’t ruin. You can kill the elite demon packs as frost with frostbite, you might not be aoeing them down exactly but you can pull a pack of 3 demons, focus fire one down whilst keeping the other’s novad, run to a reset spot, reset/regen and then just kill the last 2 on the next pull.

Sorry for the late reply but I honestly cant tell for sure.
Ice Barrier at level 40 is really nice 
But, yeah, not the most helpful for PvP, if you get ganked at low mana/health.
You either find an instance to farm, or you get camped, the very few times I wont kill a mage while they AE grinding is if they’re killing mobs on a node I want, otherwise, they go down.
