Dagger tips are a must. Anything beyond that depends on the content you are playing.

master poisoner is good for pvp, elaborate planning for pve

Blindside / Deeper Strat sims very close to EP / Vigor, taking a slight edge, but EP / Vigor is just easier to play and get the most out of. 99% of the time, if one combination is comparable on sims but easier to play, it’s the better option.
