Anima powers definitely need balancing. I feel like almost every power up on my druid is useful whereas my aff lock im just like ok which one might i use in extreme niche situations.

Nah you need to think about how the class “works”

eg the health boost ones make your demon’s health bigger because their health is based on your health, but also makes your Demonic Tyrant stronger since his power is proporitional to demon health
