Have you checked to see if your Windows updated when you shutdown last night or if your GPU drivers were updated? I know Nvidia just put out the 522.25 drivers a day or two ago and Windows pushed the KB5018427 update to me last night that says We address security issues for your Windows operating system. This update contains miscellaneous security improvements to internal OS functionality. No additional issues were documented for this release. So it’s possible it messed with some security protection stuff that might degrade gaming performance. Check to see by right clicking the start menu => settings => windows update in the top right => update history => see if it updated recently.
