At this point I wonder why! in WoD the body guards made the difference between spending 20 minutes per hour recovering my body and spending only about 5 minutes per hour. Now in BfA I already have 8 of my Mains geared well enough (ilvl 360 or higher so that I rarely spend more than 3 or 4 minutes per hour recovering them. I don’t think they will have a negative effect but wonder how much of a positive effect they could have.
