Now the Alliance also gets a weekly quest on top of it. That is unbalanced.

A weekly that rewards the same caliber of gear it has for the last month or more suddenly is now unfair?

Are we pretending that getting CATCH UP GEAR at the very end of the tier is the same thing as getting it before you even step foot in the raid?

Catch up gear should help you catch up. Not be a major gearing process before you even see the raid.
