Any Way to Apply SW:Pain Automatically?

Vampiric Touch no longer applies SW:Pain, neither does Tentacle Smash. Having to tab between a bunch of targets to apply and reapply it is irritating. Am I missing certain talents that enable this or am I out of luck? Thanks.
