I use Shift/Ctrl/Alt+ for that personally
ctrl is my push to talk, and i donât like hitting alt 
but I use a naga like mouse so itâs not that big of a deal anyway.
I had a scimitar and hated it, the way the right side is made lifting require a wrap around posture with my pinkie, to each their own
Guess iâve always kind of had a wrap around, big hands.
But i donât lift my mouse anyway, i hate low senstivity.

I assume they mean holding down both right click and left click and then aiming their character in whichever direction they want.
Ahh. Id have to look but you used to be able to enable point and click to move.
I auto run everywhere. Likex everywhere. Just one button and bam, movement! Mouse to steer, and toggle run or walk depending on situation. You always get to where you want to go!
Lol, really, I use WASD and mouse for directional facing. Itâs really cool to see a lot ot arrow key users; I dont know how tou do it!!
I use Q and E to strafe and mouse for anything else.
Iâm left handed too and I used the mouse with my left hand for a while. But i was sick of having to configure every key binding of every new game I started to play, so I just accepted the defeat and switch to right hand.
