In Vanilla Wow, I maxed out a druid and priest. And while I love healing, I don’t think I’d make it to max level as a holy priest again with my sanity intact.
I’ve been tossing around the idea of dual boxing with a DPS class to help me kill a mob in under five minutes. And dual boxing seems pretty easy to do these days.
Is anyone else considering dual boxing? Any tips on getting started?
No, but will buy a 2nd account so I can power level my alt to 60 in 2 days /played

I totally forgot you could do that. And I’m actually looking forward to running guildies through dungeons again.

is MultiBoxing against the ToS? I don’t recall.
I don’t have the money to afford two subs.
Yeah, it was one of the things that I’m surprised hasn’t been cried to change. Nothing like having 5-8 alchemy xmute bots on your account for a 20-40 hour investment.
Already got plans. We’re going to be stuck if @focus doesn’t work though. I may be using a party1 unit ID for macros.
I’m going to roll a raiding Resto Druid, with my farming Rogue out in front.

Same here, I think I’ll be doing rogue Priest.
I wont multibox per se, but i will be getting a second account
A rogue might be a really fun option since they’re so strong. I may have to try that.
I have two wow accounts attached to my bnet account. Wonder if that means I can have two Classic accounts. Two separate subs though obviously.
how does one play 2 classes that are so different simultaneously? I don’t understand how you’d manage opening from stealth and keeping adds off the healer while healing with the other character etc, lol.
I’m doing Leather/Leather because my Rogue will be a skinner/herbalist, and the Druid an Alchemist/Leatherworker, so I can make gear for both. With clothies, the drop rate for cloth isn’t controllable so probably not worth going Cloth/Cloth. Rogue with Skinning/LW at front might serve you well.

I don’t really know man, I guess that’ll be part of the fun.

Ooh that sounds like a good way to go. I switch what I plan on leveling about every other week. That’s something to consider.
It seems pretty easy. I’ve been trying to set things up on live.
You can use an addon Gnome Sequencer which means one button can do most of a classes rotation. It cycles through with each button press. And there are programs to repeat button presses, so pressing ‘1’ hits it on both WoW games.

Lol I hate to inform you that focus is confirmed NOT in Classic.

The Unit ID? I personally confirmed the Frame is gone, but I can’t confirm the UnitID without the Client’s actual code or someone in beta checking.
/focus [@target]
/cleartarget
/follow focus
As a macro if this does anything the Unit ID exists.

I haven’t decided yet.
I’ve been thinking about it for a while.
I was thinking Mage/Hunter.
I think hunter would be really difficult with the food mechanic, the dead zone, and pulling aggro from the pet.
